My Story with PSYCH-K®
I first discovered PSYCH-K® years ago during the early days of my spiritual awakening, but the timing wasn’t right. Fast forward to May 2025, and I finally said yes to the Level 1 training: and it completely transformed my life.
One of the first things I worked on was shifting my relationship with change. As a Taurus rising, I’ve always resisted big transitions. Through PSYCH-K®, I integrated new beliefs like “Change is safe,” and “Change is fun, easy, and effortless.” Those balances helped me walk through one of the biggest initiations of my life: releasing a relationship that no longer aligned with my highest path.
Since then, everything in my life has expanded. My energy feels lighter, my nervous system calmer, and my creativity unstoppable. Friends and clients asked, “Emily, what are you doing differently?” The answer: PSYCH-K® every single day.
I loved it so much that I went on to complete Level 2 training, where I learned to facilitate this work with clients. Now, I use PSYCH-K® privately and in sessions to help others create the same fast, lasting transformations that changed my life forever.
